How to spot Pranks

• Before opening doors, check for telltale signs of practical jokes (See Below)

Signs of pranks

• string tied around the doorknob, and hanging from the door frame
• Cardboard sticking out from the door frame
• Check the door frame for tiny traces of these things, as jokers are usually careful

More tips for spotting and avoiding door pranks

• Open the door slowly, and don’t step into the room immediately.
• Keep your ears open, and stay alert for any suspicious sounds as you open the door
• If a door that is normally open is not closed, be suspicious. also vice versa
• If you are with someone, or someone is nearby, send then through the doorway or have them open the cupboard first. If they run or refuse, its a sure sign of a prank!

Avoid Pranks In the Bedroom

• stack tin cans in your doorway the night before so that if anyone comes in to try and prank you that night or the next day, you’ll hear it!
• Check your bed and pillow before crawling in to make sure its not short-sheeted or has had anything put into it
• leave your door in a certain position in the morning, and memorize it. If its in a different position later in the day, there’s a good chance that there’s a prank set up.

Fill an unbreakable cup with water and set it in an upper kitchen cabinet. Attach a short length of thread to the cup and tape the other end inside the cabinet door. When the door is opened, your victim will get a shower!

• Note:  Don’t try this if people are in or going to be in a hurry. Mom or Dad won’t think its so funny if they’re running late and have to go change

 What you need

• The family cookie Jar
• Friut (Aples, oranges, bananas, pears)
• A small storage container

What to do: Take all of the cookies out of the family cookie jar and store them in another container. (or eat them!). Now, fill the jar with fruit. Next person who wants acookie will be in for a surprise!

Alright now, time for another prank! Get ready for……………….Animal Escape!

What you need:

• A bunck of medium to large stuffed animals
• The family car

Get all of the stuffed animaly and buckle them into the seats with seatbelts! This is especially funny if you make one animal appear to drive the car!! My parents totally cracked up when they saw this in our car! This prank is fun and easy!

Alright folks! It’s time for another practical joke, so give it up for……………………….Silverware Silliness!

What you need:

• To know the location of the family silverware drawer.
• A bunch of tiny, doll size silverware. (Note, if you don’t have any doll sized silverware, it is incredibly easy to make out of aluminum foil!)

What to do:Take all of the silverware out of the silverware drawer and hide it. Replace all of it with the doll sized silverware. Next person who needs some cutlery will be in for a surprise!

Joke of the Day:

Toothpaste Terror

What you need:

• A slightly used tube of toothpaste
• Chocolate syrup
• A victim (someone who uses that toothpaste tube)

What to do:

Take the tube of toothaste and squirt a little bit of chocolate (or strawberry!) syrup into the top of the tube. Screw the lid back on. then, when someone next comes to use the toothpaste, they’ll squirt chocolate syrup all over their toothbrush! Caution: Do not attempt to mix chocolate syrup with toothpaste, that’d be a waste!  When i played this joke on my dad, at first he thought that something had crawled into the toothpaste tube and died! It was totally hilarious!!!!!
