My Lawsuit to whoever Controls The Weather

I promised you guys a lawsuit, right? Here it is! WE NEED SNOW!

Dear Person/Thing that controls weather,

I am hereby filing a complaint against the weather, and I am also prepared to sue, so you’d better get out your checkbook if you decide to ignore this. I will cover why I am extremely dissapointed and feel ripped-off with the weather you’ve been sending us, (Us as in Bainbridge Islanders), what weather we’ve been expecting of you, and why we deserve better weather. If you  find a real, proven, honest reason, then whatever, but as you probably won’t, if you don’t give us proper weather, then you’d better prepare to pay up.

WHY #1.

Why we are dissapointed in you rather than in awe of your weather control abilities.

First of all, ITS DECEMBER! Here is the weather we’ve been getting: Fog, sun, leaves falling from trees, and the occasional dew on the grass. The weather was just like this in hmmm, well let me see….. OCTOBER! It’s December for gods sake, get with the program!!!!!!!!! The weather was even actually BETTER in October, less sun. You’re just getting sloppy with no competition! We endure enough sun during the summer, so why would we want it now? We can’t get snow in summer, it’s an exclusive winter thing, and I’s been winter for almost a month so far! We can still wear SUMMER CLOTHES and it’s DECEMBER! For the past two years if I remember correctly, we got snow very early in December, and this year, nope, nada, zilch. Not a single flake. December is supposed to be the start of the holidays, and Christmas is in about three weeks, but it doesn’t feel like the holidays at all. You’re supposed to be hanging up lights and shopping, but the atmosphere is all wrong! It feels as though Christmas is still months away, when in reality, it’s just around the corner, so STOP RUINING OUT CHRISTMAS SEASON WITH CRAPPY WEATHER!

Snow, Hail, Rain, at the very minimum, frost, or even COLD days instead of days that remind us of last summer.If it’s December and it feels like May, SOMETHINGS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!

Why we think we should get better weather

First of all, atmosphere. As I mentioned in Why #1, it doesn’t feel like December or Christmas. We need the right weather to truly get into the spirit, and not feel as though Christmas was suddenly moved to a summer date. It can get cold around, here, I’m not stupid, so don’t say you can’t do it. In other cities, it’s snow galore, so stop playing favorites and get the smow over here ASAP! We want to hit the ground running when it comes to Christmas, so you’re ruining the rest of the year for us without an ASAP weather change!

Either shape up, or prepare to write A LOT of checks, buddy, we’re waiting!…..
