Very, (And did I say very?) brief description- When Bella Swan moves to Forks, Washington to live with her dad, she is disappointed at first, Until she meets and falls in love with mysterious Edward Cullen, who turns out to be a vampire!
The movie itself was pretty good. Of course they added and took out the average number of scenes when making a movie out of a book. Most of the special effects were pretty good, and the acting was decent. Some of the acting looked as though the actors weren’t even trying, though. In my opinion, they overdid the vampires. IF you’ve read the book Twilight, you’ll know that the vampires are supposed to be drop dead gorgeous, but the way they were portrayed in the movie, it was more like just Drop Dead. In the book it says that the vampires weren’t too inhuman looking, but in the movie, if you’d seen people like that walking around, you would’ve gotten suspicious immediately. An odd thing that I noticed was that in the end, when Victoria, Laurent, and James show up, they look normal and human, they don’t look as though they were wearing makeup, but the Cullens look as though their makeup was caked on by the barrel and they’d need a knife to scrape it all off…………….
Overall though, it was a pretty good movie. I would give it four out of five stars.
