Okay, so my math teacheris always piling on the homework. She’s all like, “homework helps you learn kids, you’ll thank me someday!”. Yeah right. The day I thank her for making me spend my evening doing homework than watching TV or IMing my friends is the day that cows fly. My entire Honors Algebra class thought that our teacher was crazy, until, well, you’ll just have to listen to my story.
One Friday, after Mrs. Lincoln had finished droning on about the joys of quadriatic equations, she started passing out the usual worksheets, but she’d gone way overboard. Instead of the usual 50 problems and 2 worksheets, she’d assigned us four double sided worksheets full of eqations and the FOIL method, and 100 homework problems. Only one weekend to do all that. As the class was gasping in horror and begging her to change her mind, Mrs. Lincoln just gave her usual smug looking grin, which totally spelled out, ha-ha-i-get-to-hang-out-all-weekend-while-you-guys-have-to-do-a-million-problems-i-just-enjoy-seeing-you-work!
